Loved that the place was fairly clean and location and staff were nice.

Superfriendly staff is the reason I would stay here again. Everything is really good here, had an enjoyable stay in case of new visit.

The property was clean, featured nice design; I loved it. Hotel's lobby was good with accommodatingpersonnel. The breakfast was perfect and there was lots of outstanding food. The stay was really amazing.

The bedroom was cozy and the staff were more than helpful. The service was first-class in that hotel. We had wonderful stay and would stay here again.

The staff was marvelous and the location was absolutely perfect - altogether a special experience. I loved continental breakfast, they offered eggs and cereal. A clean beach, spectacular view. Also, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from the grand;))

The bathroom was a little cramped and Wi-Fi was awful.

I loved my bright room and the staff was brilliant! For breakfast there was continental with eggs and cereals to choose from. I had excellent days staying at this Victorian hotel.

I appreciated my warm stay. The staff were very professional, the location was wonderful. Lovely view, a tiny balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. The beach was awesome. Placed 10 minutes on foot from the train station. Fantastic customer service too.

Fresh made breakfast and a gorgeous room : that's what I loved. Really spacious suite and extra comfy bed. Bkfast staff were AFFABLE with all your requests. The location was extremely comfy, at a moderate distance from franciscan friary monastery. Efficient services were available.

It was a cozy hotel, we appreciated it. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Employees were very welcoming and efficient. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like The Cellar at The Ross, set within 5 minutes walk or so...
